Returns & Exchanges

At Motech Performance Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all performance tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
